Promotions occur on the last Sunday of each month at the same time as Capital Day. Slicer, Sentry, Guardians, and Elder promotions take place shortly after Continent Capitals and World Capital have been chosen. The current promotional schedule has been active since the Capital Day of August 2020. Before the current promotional schedule was implemented, promotions had traditionally been done every six to twelve months at a special event for each promotional cycle.
