Placed inline in body text -- a small superscript link down to the matching [[Template:Note|{{Note}}]] entry with the same <code>id</code>, normally collected in a page's own <code>== Notes ==</code> section. <code>id</code> must be unique per {{Ref}}/{{Note}} pair on the page.
