Ranks: Difference between revisions

Loka has a number of ranks and roles, split below into the escalating rank hierarchy, separate community-facing roles that sit outside the hierarchy, and former ranks no longer in use.

Main Ranks

	Rank	Description
Staff	Old One	Highest rank, reserved for the server's original high admins
	Elder	Ancient-player, high-admin rank
	Guardian	Full admin rank
	Sentry	Sub-admin rank -- chat admins who catch rule-breakers and keep public chat clean
Players	Settler	Automatic for anyone who joins or starts a town
	Nomad	Wandered the wilds for 2 weeks
	Wanderer	New player with less than 20 hours played and no town

Community Roles

Role	Description
Community Representative	Represents the community's interests; awarded through an application on the forums
Content Creators	Created multiple high-quality pieces of Loka-themed content
Content Developer	Helps create content for the server; awarded through an application on the forums

Former Ranks

Rank	Description
Slicer	Deprecated honorary rank for major contributors, replaced by Featured Lokan
Overseer	Predecessor to Elder
"Builder Role"	Merged into Content Developer
"Lore Role" or "Librarian"
"PvE Role"
"Web & Art Role"
