No Longer Part of Loka
This page documents a feature that is no longer active or a part of Loka. It is preserved here for its historical significance to the server.
On July 27th, 2026 the Slicer rank was removed.[1] Due to the growing size of the Loka Community and the ever-changing nature of the playerbase, it was becoming too difficult to maintain the standards that were associated with the rank in the past. Slicer was replaced with Featured Lokan, a new recognition for outstanding members of the playerbase that is posted monthly along with Capital Day.
Slicer was an honorary rank given to those who contributed a lot to the server. Once achieving the rank of Slicer, players received a tag to distinguish themselves from ordinary players in public chat, as well as on the discord and the Loka Forums. This rank was also seen as a prerequisite for applying to be a Sentry or Guardian.
